## what problem are you solving?
### can you state the problem clearly?
[[032724 102534 third world businesses - making money on internet etc]]
basically there is so much human intelligence that is not used to its full potential
why now?
so since chatgpt we can program the world, create digital life, using natural interface, that is what humans can do from birth without any education, without nurture, e.g. what 8b+ humans can do
also makes me think of [[Yuval Noah Harari]] who says in the future we will have a bunch of useless humans who have universal basic income and are just slug consuming tiktok & co that are not leveraged to their full potential
### have you experienced it yourself?
just seeing that people sit 16 hours a day selling strawberries and probably only 1h is about the complex part (transaction, giving the product etc.)
### can you define the problem narrowly?
not yet
### is it solvable?
right now thinking about a new kind of upwork
where upwork is currently used to have someone facing a technical problem writing the problem (usually terrible explanation) and providing a financial reward to the one solving the problem thru code usually
is there a way to use the intelligence naturally available in people's brain, that is especially not yet available in LLMs plus obviously their time (e.g. equivalent of cpu/time when you rent a machine in the cloud)
id still see a kind of
1. **Microtasking Platform**
say startup Y have some product, with code on github and using linear software for project management.
you can break down tasks into smaller ones and these tasks get automatically done like "magic" (under the condition you pay like $1000/month to the service)
under the hood there is an AI that translates data (code, tasks, etc.) into read only data to some human worker that can "push code" to the AI that will actually send PR
under the hood it reveal a product idea i have:
a universal adapter for software <-> human
basically problem is that sometimes you need to give permission to people to your software temporarily and it create a lot of friction
bad solutions:
2. **Crowdsourced Problem Solving for Local Businesses**
- **Concept**: A platform where local businesses in developing countries can post challenges they are facing, and users can propose solutions. Solutions can range from digital transformation strategies to simple process optimizations.
- **Network Effect**: Successful solutions can be upvoted and adapted by other businesses in similar situations, creating a community-driven knowledge base.
3. **Digital Mentorship and Skill Exchange Network**
- **Concept**: Pairing individuals with mentors or peers who can teach them digital skills or collaborate on projects. This could include everything from basic computer literacy to more advanced skills like programming or digital marketing.
- **Network Effect**: As the community grows, the diversity of skills and mentorship opportunities expands, making the platform more valuable for all participants.
4. **Localized Gig Economy Platform**
- **Concept**: A gig economy platform tailored to the needs and capabilities of users in developing countries. This could focus on digital tasks that can be done remotely, leveraging the global demand for such work.
- **Network Effect**: More users bring more diversity in skills and availability, making the platform a go-to source for businesses looking for remote workers, which in turn attracts more users.
5. **Community-Driven Innovation Hub**
- **Concept**: An online platform that encourages innovation by allowing users to submit ideas for new products, services, or businesses, which the community can then vote on, refine, and even fund.
- **Network Effect**: The more users participate, the greater the pool of ideas and the more resources are available for bringing these ideas to life, creating a self-sustaining cycle of innovation.
