#computing #ecology First, the thought here is not to discuss the [[Morality|ethic]]al side of the crypto/avocado thing, more like exposing an observation. Avocados agriculture takes all the water of the population in some country to the point that poor people don't even have any water left to drink, i.e. [[Capitalism]] to it's best. Cryptocurrency mining takes so much share of energy to the point that no energy is left for the population.
