# Google Search vs Large language model
Large language models are typically limited to their data training time; [[GPT3]] maybe 2021 something. On the other hand Google Search returns new results.
In a way [[GPT3]] is more likely to return [[Philosophy/Rationality/Models/Lindy Effect|Lindy-proof]] [[Information|information]], because it doesn't have access to latest information.
The advantage of using LLM is that you can provide a much larger context. For example when I'm searching [[Information|information]] in Obsidian with [[Computing/Obsidian ava|Ava]], I can select my note as context:
