BlenderBot2 and such bots, I think they call "Wizard of The Internet" use a model to build search query for [[The Internet]] given some inputs representing a context (here in a conversation). I think something could be tried, given some context, you generate a search query, scrap the internet and feed [[GPT3]] with some parsed data.
