If I google "funny cat", does it show me "funny cat" based on the most liked "funny cat" results? I think most information on the internet is consensus driven, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, show the most liked information by default. The problem is that consensus is not the best thing, everyone has different goals Maybe it actually goes back to politics, democracy vs. other types of states? Sure, I can see that information flows might be changing these days
