10:30am Focused work cycle #1: Topic - [[Values and Principles template|Values and Principles]]. Allow participants to evaluate their values and principles, why they're important, and how they align (or not) with their current lifestyle and choices.
12:15pm Focused work cycle #2: Topic – [[Habits and Routines template|Habits and Routines]]. Each participant to self-reflect on their daily habits and routines. Which ones are beneficial and which ones need to change?
2:00pm Focused work cycle #3: Topic - [[Strengths, Weaknesses, and Goals template|Strengths, Weaknesses, and Goals]]. Participants identify their strengths and weaknesses, and how they can utilize these insights to set realistic and achievable goals.
3:50pm Focused work cycle #4: Topic - [[Emotional Health Reflection template|Emotional Health]]. Deep dive into their emotional well-being. How effective are they currently at managing stress, maintaining mental health, and cultivating positivity?
5:40pm Focused work cycle #5: Topic - [[Relationships and Social Connectivity template|Relationships and Social Connectivity]]. Reflecting and improving upon relationships, communication skills and social engagement.
8:10pm Focused work cycle #6: Topic - [[Impact on Society template|Impact on Society]]. Take a deeper look at the ripple effect of your actions in the wider community and society at large. It also aims to identify areas for improvement to better align personal actions with societal issues of personal interest or passion.
