# 260323 what I am currently reading
I've just listened twice in a row to https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4069.Man_s_Search_for_Meaning?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=jD99Wj9LvZ&rank=1
I can relate to this book because I had a similar experience, only much less worse of course. I spent part of my childhood in the hospital battling leukemia and I can feel the sense of antifragility pushed in this book. It was a very informative read for me.
From what I heard, Viktor Frankl talks about the idea that this experience had a positive effect on the survivors (at least on some of them), and I can only agree with that, in my own experience, even if it sounds masochistic
I will read this book in a physical/ebook version in the future (as I usually do).
Lately, I've been thinking about this question of "meaning", and I sometimes converge on the idea that every human being tries to reach a state where there is the least friction in the mind. For example, the state of flow, meditation, unconditional love, or being guided by the algorithms of society (internet, entertainment, porn, etc.).
