I’m still astonished than in 2024 there is no software to share publicly a communication menu Basically we do it unconsciously  For example I have a friend Bob with whom I do Karate every Wednesday night. We chat through WhatsApp. I also help him get customers for his flower business through intros on LinkedIn. In my brain there is a map of how I should communicate with Bob, which time, what kind of things I cannot tell him (say I had a date with his wife yesterday), when I should avoid messaging him (he went skiing, no work stuff now or doesn’t work on the weekend unlike me) >As the company grows, you have to shift from informal, in-person, individual conversations to formal, electronic, “push” broadcasting and online “pull” resources. You also have to shift from sharing all information by default to deciding on what is secret and what is shareable.
