# Observe but do not analyse

[[Krishnamurti|Jiddu Krishnamurti]] was a renowned spiritual leader who believed that awareness and observing the mind are essential in the search for truth and understanding. He taught that we should be aware of our thoughts, observing them without trying to analyze them. He maintained that when we become aware of our thoughts and feelings, we can recognize them without judgement and learn to be mindful of our inner states. He believed that by observing without judgement, we can achieve a greater understanding of our own minds and the world around us. Krishnamurti's teachings are still relevant today, emphasizing the importance of being aware of our thoughts and feelings and learning to observe them without judgement.
