Pre-performance physiology/mental toolkit

few things to do before an important event, or communication you have to do

  • meditation
  • push ups, squats, stretches, or other way to increase your heart rate to 100+
  • scream, say random things, improv, massage your jaw, etc.
  • 4-4 breath work
  • repeat to yourself “the world is listening to me”, or anything else that boost your confidence etc.
